In 2020, the Mises Institute launched the
Beginners series of short animated videos
designed to expand our reach with students.
The success was immediate: the series
garnered millions of views through both our
website and our video platforms. What began
as a single short series distilling the basics
of economics has expanded into multiple
miniseries covering hot and current topics
such as inflation, foreign policy, and energy
policy.
In 2024, the Mises Institute released a new
miniseries dedicated to the great ideological
battle of our time: individualism versus
progressivism. The topics covered in this nine-
part series include government education
versus private education, government lies
about healthcare, and the assaults on parental
rights. Blending history with libertarian
political theory, the series touches on some
of the most debated topics of our day. You
